- Performing all diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner
- Installing, upgrading, and maintaining equipment
- Completing paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Assisting other employees with the delivery and installation of products/equipment
- Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Communicating positively with customers and maintaining positive public relations for the company

- Plumbing experience is highly preferred
- Minimum two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- May require lifting/moving equipment from 50-75 lbs

Responsibilities
Executing outbound calling strategies to prospect residential and commercial customers and generate new business
Managing multi-channel outreach including email campaigns, database marketing, and follow-up with inactive accounts
Qualifying leads by identifying customer needs and scheduling appointments for the sales team
Supporting local marketing initiatives and coordinating community outreach events to increase brand visibility
Collaborating with sales leadership to refine messaging and track campaign performance
Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems to track lead activity and reporting metrics
Communicating professionally with prospects to build rapport and represent the Culligan brand effectively

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, outreach, marketing, or customer service
Strong communication skills with a high level of comfort making outbound calls
Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple follow-up tasks simultaneously
Valid driver’s license and willingness to attend local community events
Creative skills in social media or graphic design are a plus
