We had a new water treatment and softener system installed and we couldn't be more happy with it! Read the reviews for Garlick's and wasn't impressed with the customer service we would get. Had Leaf come out for a quote, and the fine print scared us off (we were not informed of this) plus we got more from the Culligan system at the same price as we would of the Leaf system.Mike, of Culligan in Fairmont, was very informative, professional, experienced, and went above and beyond in customer service. I definitely would recommend Mike, and his team in Fairmont, for your water quality needs.

The ladies who answer the phone calls are courteous, polite, respectful and knowlegeable of their jobs. The delivery guys are good, too.

Their service and knowledge are unbeatable! The addition of the water dispensers outside is amazing. It is the only water we drink because we know exactly what we’re getting.

Friendly, helpful! Fantastic people on phone and in home help!!! We needed salt this week. Due to health issues, we could not do this ourselves. It was delivered and put in the softener. We are very thankful for these people and the services they provide.

I called late in the afternoon to say that my softener was not working properly. I had a technician out first thing in the morning and within less than 5 minutes he knew what was wrong and updated the program! The softener has been working perfectly since. Thank you!! Our old brand X water softener quit working after just a few years. I contacted Mike, who showed me a softener that was available in a size that fit our needs. After discussing pricing, I decided on a unit and asked when he could install it. He said that he could install it yet that day. From this point forward I am a loyal Culligan customer for life. A great staff and excellent service. Have had both the water softener and RO drinking water system for many years now. We purchased the water softener and it has been great. Uses very little salt! The RO system I prefer to rent as they handle all the filter replacements, annual cleaning etc. I added the extra alkaline and mineral cartridges so it's good for drinking. We have great water thanks to Culligan. Did I mention we love the staff!!!!

Talk with Dave one of the owners I’ve known for years. Told him our issues as we live in the country with a well and hard water. Told him the system we have from Garlicks that has not worked since we have had it and was very expensive. Gary their employee came out and gave us his opinion on what was needed and within a week was out yesterday afternoon and put in a new iron filter OX5 single unit. We had a twin tank previous and had nothing but issues from day one. Low water pressure stinky water and iron residue that never could get fixed correctly. This system was almost double the price of Cilligan 18 years later. We tested it out last night with 2 showers going 2 toilets flushed wash machine filling all at the same time. NEVER would imagine being able to do that ever. We could only take 1 shower PERIOD !!Give them a call they will treat you with the best equipment and with an awesome sales guys and Gary the go to guy !!Thank you very much !! Our family of 6 is happy with a working water system for once !!

We love the water and the convenience in price and 24 hour drive up fill up station! I let others in the area know about it

The delivery and filling my salt tank is the best. Keeping a schedule of when they need to stop by keeps me from having to worry about not having soft water. Any time there is a need for repair the technician is readily available and is normally able to come the next day after you call if not the same day.

Dont have to walk thru a grocery store with my jugs. Just drive up & its 14 cents cheaper a gallon than where I get it in Lake Crystal. The only down side is if you just want to fill an off size bottle there's waste because it's in gallon increments only.
